African Christian Auctions Famous Weapon
In 1993, by God's grace, the St. James Massacre was prematurely ended through the bravery of one man. As terrorists sprayed the church congregation with bullets fired from their AK-47s, Charl van Wyk shot back. His story is gripping and his later ministry to the same terrorists that killed members of his congregation is inspiring [more]. Charl is presently the director of African Christian Action and well known for his public stands on self-defense, abortion and the Christian Worldview. He is also author of the book Shooting Back which presents the Biblical case for self-defense.
Always the innovator and never afraid of controversy, Charl is auctioning the weapon used to defend his church in an effort to raise money to support Christian Missions in Africa [click here]. I've pasted his email below.
Dear Friends,
Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Just a quick note to let you know that I have put the firearm I used at the St James Massacre in 1993, up for auction on the following website: http://www.gunbroker.com/auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=22600537
The idea of auctioning the weapon is that the funds of the sale will go to supporting Christian mission work in Africa.
Should you have friends who would be interested in such a weapon, please forward this email on to them.
Yours,
Charl van Wyk
