Complaint About CBS Memos Alleges Illegal Activity
The Center for Individual Freedom today filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission charging that CBS and Kerry-Edwards 2004, Inc., illegally coordinated election communications. The jist of the complaint is that without the DNC getting involved with CBS' prime source, the fraudlent story would not have been aired.
The RNC has issued a news release that takes aim at the top Kerry advisor whose public statements about his interaction with CBS' source continue to evolve. Actually, his statements over a the last few days are contradictory but, perhaps, intersect at some point with the truth.
