Do Pro-Life Laws Make a Difference?
A recent analysis by political scientist Michael New for the Heritage Foundation suggests that pro-life legislation, passed in the states, led to a drop in abortion rates in the 1990s. No surprise, pro-life politicians were behind these laws. -- Andrew Grossman via Hispanic Pundit.
