Kerry Criticized by Former Sailors

An intestesting but highly critical article about John Kerry is linked below. Apparently, former collegues describe the presidential candidate as motivated by self-interest and devious. Retired Lt. Cmdr. Grant Hibbard is quoted as stating, "He showed me a scratch on his arm and a piece of shrapnel in his hand that appeared to be from one of our own M-79s. He later received a Purple Heart for that scratch, and I have no information as to how or whom."

Hopefully Kerry has matured since his military service. The question remains whether or not Americans will judge him on the basis of his past, including his conduct, beliefs and actions -or- the perception that his campaign is attempting to present.

Washington (CNSNews.com) - John Kerry's former swift boat commanders and colleagues on Tuesday described the presumptive Democrat nominee as a self-absorbed and devious sailor during the Vietnam War who was there merely to advance a future political career.
