Late Night Blogging and Obesity
People who sleep less are more likely to be obese, according to a 15-year long research study published today. Those with less sleep also have 15 per cent less leptin, a hormone that supresses hunger. [more from WebMD]
What does this say about the late night pajama wearing bloggers? I'm not sure ... but I'm going to bed early.

I would think if you sleep less you would have more time to eat, thus you get fatter.
Makes sense to me :)
