Suicide Bomber Responsible for Monsul Attack

New evidence shows the bombing of a U.S. military mess tent in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul on Tuesday — which killed 22 people and wounded more than 70 others — was a suicide attack, ABC News has learned.

A civilian contractor willing to give his life for the Iraqi terrorists? The war in Iraq will necessarily involve more than military operations. The people of Iraq must change and this takes time. To be free, the governed must love freedom and be willing to protect it. For some in Iraq this will involve a fundamental shift in how they view their leaders and government.

The ChristianConservative puts it this way,

"But the $650,000,000,000 question is - does Iraq really want freedom? America can have enough resolve to go around the world three times, but we can’t win this one without the hearts and minds, blood sweet and tears of the Iraqi people. If they want it, they’re going to need to pay a price for it, like all nations do, this stuff isn’t free, or cheap. Call me a hopless romantic, but I believe they have what it takes to get their country back. God bless the families of the hero's who fell."
