Terri Schiavo Starvation Began Today
Earlier today efforts by the U.S. Congress to delay the removal of Terri Schiavo's feeding tube failed and, per the order of Florida Judge George Geer, her health care providers began to withhold food and water.
It was Jodie Centonze who informed the media that Terri's tube was been removed. Centonze is Michael Schiavo's fiancé. The Schindler family was forced to leave when this took place. According to Michael's fiancé, he is very "distraught".
Attorney Barbara Weller was with Terri earlier today. She told the media that, during his visit with Terri, she explained to her what was happening. According to Weller, Terri began to cry and could not be quieted. She tried to coach Terri to say "Let me live" but she simply was having too much difficulty.
Congress is reported by local news to still hold hearings on this matter. It is unclear at this stage who will win this tug of war - the United States or a probate judge from Clearwater. All that is known is that an innocent life is in the balance.

Weller lied. Schiavo is brain-dead and has no cognitive abilities.

Not true according to 30 neurologists, nurses who cared for her and her family. She also has the ability to swallow and has a limited vocabularly. See blogsforterri.com for more info...

Even if you are brain dead and have no cognitive ability. you shuld not be sentenced to death via starvation. We don't do it will child rapists or murderers.
Even Muslim terrorists use beheading. Perhaps we should ask them to switch over now that we have actually figured out a more barbaric way.
Assuming death is the only option left, this is still not the way to die.
This victim should be allowed a meal.

How can a husband who says he has Terris wishes in interest do this to her? If he had her wishes, then I am sure she wouldnt of wanted him to commit adultry nor have kids with someone else, nor treat her parents badly!!!! Terri is the victim and it is heartbreaking! How would he like to have food taken away from him , then reinstated then taken away etc...... He is selfish! he hasnt even given her the chance for rehabilitation. Let her parents take care of her. He isnt thinking of Terri at all. NO LIVING WILL THEN NO TUBE REMOVAL!!!!! After 15 years of Terri being alive LET HER LIVE!!!!!!! WE ALL NEED TO PRAY PRAY PRAY FOR TERRI NATION WIDE BECAUSE WE ALL KNOW THAT THERE IS POWER IN PRAYER!!!!!
