Whittemore Declines Schindler Request
Fox News: Judge Whittemore has declined to order reinsertion of Terri Schiavo's feeding tube, as requested by the Schindlers. No further information is available at this time.
Update: U.S. District Judge James Whittemore said the 41-year-old woman's parents had not established a "substantial likelihood of success" at trial on the merits of their arguments.
